Effective August 30, 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how EXITCRG INC (“EXITCRG INC”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares, retains and protects personal information. It applies to information collected through https://exitcrg.com, by telephone, by text message, by email, and in the course of any engagement with us.
Please read this policy in full. If you do not agree with it, please do not submit personal information to us.
1. Who We Are
EXITCRG INC is a commercial real estate consulting and analysis company and is the party responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect
We collect only the information described below, and we collect most of it directly from you.
Information you give us
- Identity and contact details. Your name, email address, and telephone number if you choose to provide one.
- The content of your message. Whatever you write in the contact form on this website, or send to us by email or text message.
- Consent records. Where you tick the text message consent box, we record the telephone number, the exact consent language shown to you, and the date and time you agreed.
- Engagement material. If you engage us, the property documents you supply and the analysis produced from them.
Information collected automatically
- Server logs. Our hosting provider records standard technical information for each request, including IP address, browser type, referring page and the page requested. This is used for security, reliability and abuse prevention.
Information we do not collect
- We do not collect payment card numbers, bank account numbers or government identification numbers through this website.
- We do not purchase personal information about you from data suppliers, and we do not enrich or append data from outside sources.
3. How We Use Information
We use personal information only for these purposes:
- To respond to your inquiry and correspond with you about it.
- To arrange, confirm and update appointments and scheduled calls.
- To carry out, deliver and support an engagement you have agreed to.
- To send you status updates about a matter you have asked us to work on.
- To keep the records we are required to keep for tax, accounting and other legal obligations.
- To protect the security and integrity of our systems, and to establish or defend legal claims where necessary.
We do not use your information to build audiences, and we do not send promotional messages.
4. SMS/Text Messaging Data
This section describes how we handle mobile telephone numbers and text message consent records. It applies whenever you provide a mobile number to EXITCRG INC.
We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to third parties for marketing purposes.
Mobile opt-in data and consent records are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. No mobile information is sold.
How consent is obtained
We send text messages to a mobile number only where the person who controls that number has affirmatively agreed to receive them. The consent checkbox beside any field that collects a telephone number is never pre-selected, and consent is never a condition of purchasing a service or of receiving a reply from us.
What the messages contain
Text messages are limited to appointment confirmations, scheduling messages, transaction updates on a matter you have engaged us on, and replies to inquiries you have sent us. We operate no recurring or scheduled messaging program.
How to stop messages
Reply STOP to any message to opt out, at any time. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at (646) 389-1130 or admin@exitcrg.com. Full terms are set out in our SMS Terms.
Who processes mobile data
Mobile telephone numbers are processed only by us and by the mobile carriers that are technically necessary to transmit a message to your handset. Carriers act solely to deliver the message and are not permitted to use the number for any purpose of their own. No other party receives mobile opt-in data or consent records.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell, rent or trade personal information. We do not disclose personal information to any third party for that party’s own purposes. We share information only in the limited circumstances below, and only to the extent necessary.
- Service providers. Our website host, our email provider and the mobile carriers that deliver text messages process information strictly in order to provide those services under contract, and may not use it for their own purposes.
- Professional advisers. An accountant or attorney engaged by EXITCRG INC, where necessary and under a duty of confidence.
- Legal requirement. Where disclosure is required by law, regulation or court order, or is necessary to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
- With your direction. Where you ask us in writing to provide information to a party you nominate.
We do not participate in any advertising exchange, data cooperative or cross-company data sharing arrangement.
6. Data Retention
We keep personal information only for as long as there is a reason to keep it.
- Inquiries that do not become engagements: deleted within twenty-four months of the last contact.
- Engagement records: kept for seven years after the engagement ends, to meet tax, accounting and professional record obligations.
- Text message consent and opt-out records: kept for as long as the consent is active and for four years after it is withdrawn, so that an opt-out can be evidenced and honoured.
- Server logs: retained by our hosting provider on a short rolling basis, typically no more than thirty days.
When a retention period ends, the information is deleted or irreversibly anonymised.
7. Your Rights and Choices
You may ask us at any time to:
- confirm what personal information we hold about you;
- provide you with a copy of it;
- correct information that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete information, where we are not required to keep it for a legal or tax obligation;
- stop sending you text messages, which you may also do at any time by replying STOP;
- restrict or object to a particular use of your information.
To make a request, write to admin@exitcrg.com or call (646) 389-1130, using the words “privacy request” and giving us enough detail to identify your records.
We respond within thirty days. Where we must retain part of the information to meet a legal or tax obligation, we will identify that part, explain the reason, and delete the remainder. There is no charge for making a request, and we will not treat you differently for making one.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional statutory privacy rights. We honour the rights described above for everyone who asks, regardless of location.
8. Cookies and Analytics
This website does not set advertising cookies, does not use third-party analytics or tracking pixels, and does not take part in any cross-site advertising arrangement. No cookie is required in order to browse this site, and we do not display a cookie consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies required to serve and secure the site. These are not used to profile you.
9. Data Security
This site is served over HTTPS. Correspondence and engagement records are held in access-controlled accounts protected by strong authentication, and access is limited to the principal of EXITCRG INC. 10. Children's Privacy
This website and our services are directed to adults conducting business. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen, and we do not knowingly send text messages to a number belonging to a minor. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, write to admin@exitcrg.com and we will delete it promptly.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The current version is always posted on this page with its effective date at the top. Where a change materially affects how we use information you have already given us, we will notify you directly if you have an active engagement with us. Continued use of the site after a change takes effect indicates acceptance of the revised policy.
