SMS Terms

These terms apply to text messages sent and received by EXITCRG INC at (646) 389-1130. By giving your consent as described below you agree to these terms.

Who sends the messages

Every message is sent personally by the principal of EXITCRG INC. These are one-to-one business messages, not a broadcast.

What messages you will receive

If you consent, you may receive text messages of the following kinds and no others:

  • Appointment confirmations — confirming a call, a meeting or a property visit that has been arranged.
  • Scheduling messages — proposing, changing or cancelling a time to speak or meet.
  • Transaction updates — the status of a matter you have engaged EXITCRG INC on, such as a document received, an analysis completed, or a deadline approaching.
  • Replies to your inquiries — answers to a question you have asked by text, by phone, by email or through the contact form on this website.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies. We send messages in response to your inquiry or the progress of your matter, so the number you receive depends entirely on what is happening with it. There is no recurring or scheduled message program.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. EXITCRG INC does not charge you for text messages, but your mobile carrier may charge you for sending or receiving them according to your plan. Check with your carrier if you are unsure.

How you give consent

You give consent in one of two ways: by ticking the consent box beside your phone number on our contact form, or by sending a text message to (646) 389-1130 yourself. The consent box on the contact form is never pre-ticked. The language shown beside it reads:

“I agree to receive text messages about my inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help.”

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any service, and is not required in order to receive a reply. You can contact EXITCRG INC by telephone or email instead and receive exactly the same service.

How to stop messages — STOP

Reply STOP to any message at any time to opt out. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed, and after that we will send no further text messages to your number. You may also opt out by calling (646) 389-1130 or emailing admin@exitcrg.com.

Opting out of text messages does not end your engagement and does not prevent contact by telephone or email. To start receiving text messages again after opting out, reply START or tell us directly.

How to get assistance — HELP

Reply HELP to any message for assistance, and you will receive a reply containing the name of the business and these contact details. You can also reach support directly at any time:

Carriers and delivery

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery is not guaranteed, and text message should not be relied on for anything urgent or time-critical. Supported carriers may change without notice.

Privacy

We handle your phone number and your consent record as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share or sell mobile phone numbers or SMS consent to third parties for marketing purposes.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, we post the revised version on this page with a new effective date.
